👋🏻 I’ve spent the last 4 years as a Senior UX Recruiter, specialising in recruiting UX, product, design, creative, and content professionals for major FTSE 100 & 250 organisations, as well as household names such as Dyson, John Lewis & Partners, British Airways, Avios, Entain, The AA, and Burberry.
🎯 Now making the transition into UX Research, to combine my long-standing interests in human behaviour and technology. After years of working closely with UX professionals and gaining a deeper understanding of the industry, I’m keen to move into a career that allows me to explore how people interact with digital products & services – and use those insights to create more intuitive and accessible experiences for everyone.

Senior Recruitment Consultant (UX & Design)
Carbon60 (Impellam Group)
Aug 2021 – Apr 2025
→ Fastest-growing consultant in Carbon60’s history, billing over £1.3 million and winning Carbon60's Consultant of the Year (2023) and the Impellam Virtuosity Award (2022).
→ Worked alongside UX hiring managers from FTSE 100s and major brands to help find them anything from Staff User Researchers to 3D Retail Designers.
Website Designer & Webflow Developer
Freelance
Sep 2019 – Jul 2021
→ Designed and developed responsive, accessible websites for both local and international clients using Adobe XD, Figma, and Webflow.
→ Conducted qualitative research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in existing websites, including stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions.
→ Created wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on research findings to present to clients, gather feedback, and facilitate rapid iteration.
MA (Hons) Psychology
University of Edinburgh
→ BPS-accredited degree with a heavy focus on quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistics.
→ Awarded a first-class for my dissertation, which involved primary research with over 15 participants, including recruitment, data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting.

→ 4x A2-Levels – Psychology (A), Computing (A), English Language (B), Maths (C).
→ 11x GCSEs, including an A* in Product Design.
